Empowerment Portrait Development Process.

Step 1 - Intake.

We'll start with an intake questionnaire. This will allow you to share your story and background, what your transformation journey entails, and what elements you'd like to see reflected in your personal Empowerment Portrait. You'll also receive a list of available packages.

Numerous options and upgrades are possible upon consultation. Consider factors such as material, size, finish, and framing.

Empowerment Portraits start at €1,500, including frame and mat.

Step 2 - Evaluation.

Your information will be reviewed and processed by me with the necessary care and privacy. We'll then decide together in a short Zoom call whether your project is the right fit for me, Yvonne Dutch Artist. If so, we'll get started together. Yay!

(If not, your information will be carefully deleted from the archives.)

Step 3 - Sketching.

After receiving your €250 deposit, I'll first create a few rough sketches for you to help you decide the general direction of your portrait.

In a second consultation, you provide me with your feedback, and I'll further develop your preferred sketch. We talk about the placement of the end piece in your house/office, the definitive color and material choices, as well as details like gold/silver leaf.

Step 4 - Development.

After receipt of your second deposit of €250, I'll translate your options and wishes into your definitive portrait.

A few weeks later, I'll present the final work digitally, as a virtual painting on your wall at home. We'll finalise the framing decision together online. You can choose from various frame colors and sizes, mats, canvas, or art prints.

The remainder of your booked package price, plus any frame upgrading costs will be invoiced and need to be paid within 14 days.

Step 5 - Production.

Your Empowerment Portrait will now be processed by the professional lab. It will then be checked for quality and production specifications, signed by Yvonne Dutch Artist, and packaged. You can opt for personal pick-up or have your portrait delivered to your home. Please inform about our delivery fees.

Note that the art piece will always be sold with a framing option that comes with a warranty and maintenance instructions. Portraits are never sold unframed.

Step 6 - Inspiration.

The time has finally come! Your one-of-a-kind art piece has arrived! You can now start to enjoy your portrait, which celebrates and honors you in all your glory.

I especially encourage you to hang your work in a visible place in your home/business space, so it can serve as a starting point for inspiring, vulnerable, and especially courageous conversations about your personal, unique, and beautiful journey.
